Things you should know

1. Current fees are dogs from £22 (pairs from £35). Cats £12 (pairs £20).

2. Charges are per day. The only exception being if the animal is collected before 10 am the charge for that day will be waived. All fees must be paid before the animal is released. Payment is to be by cheque or cash only. No cards are accepted. Fees are for time booked. There will be no reduction for early collection.

3. Evidence of current vaccinations must be produced on arrival. No animal will be admitted which has received an intra nasal kennel cough vaccination within the last 6 weeks. Kennel cough vaccination is not compulsory. All other vaccinations must have been completed 2 weeks before boarding.

4. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any animal we consider to be unfit for boarding.

5. Keepers Mount Kennels is licensed by Horsham District Council Licence No, LI08/0603/ABALL

6. Owner’s contact phone number, local contact and usual veterinary surgeon number are required. A veterinary surgeon of the kennel owner’s choice may be used if necessary. Any payment will be the responsibility of the owner. Animals are boarded at the owner’s risk.

7. If any animal is not collected within 14 days of the due collection date and no communication is made by the owner it will be considered abandoned and the kennel owner may rehome the animal.

8. Unnamed photographs may occasionally be taken and used for publicity purposes.

9. Bedding, toys etc. are all provided but you may bring your own if you wish.

10. We keep a selection of foods. Please let us know of any special dietary requirements.
